Backwards Hat Apparel Returns Policy
At Backwards Hat Apparel, we follow the Australian Consumer Law, which means you’re entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described. We’ll always do our best to make sure you’re happy with your order.
If there’s a major problem with your item, you can choose a refund or replacement. If the problem is minor, we’ll arrange a repair or replacement as quickly as possible. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your proof of purchase and details of the issue.
We don’t offer returns or refunds for change of mind, wrong size, or if you simply no longer want the item. However, if you’ve received the wrong product or something isn’t right, get in touch and we’ll fix it.
If a return is approved, we’ll cover the return shipping for faulty or incorrect items. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for postage.
